Your order will be via New Zealand Post’s service. Approximate delivery times to different locations around the world are:

Rest of the World | 10 – 14 days |
Delivery in New Zealand
Signatures are not required on these parcels. If you require a signature-required delivery please advise at time of purchase.
Please notify us if your purchases do not arrive within 2 weeks of placing the order.
Delivery Overseas
We use International Airmail for overseas orders, track and trace is not available on this service. If you require a track and trace service, please contact us for a quote.
Please notify us if your purchases do not arrive within 2 – 3 weeks of placing the order.
Urgent Delivery During Peak Demand Periods
The delivery times above may vary slightly depending on the time of year and postal volumes at that time. We endeavour to minimise delivery delays during peak demand periods. Please advise at time of purchase if you require urgent delivery.
Customs
We bear no responsibility for delays due to customs or other governmental agency processing and do not offer reimbursement if your order is seized or charges are incurred to clear the goods.
All products sold are legally available for sale in New Zealand.
We will process your refund on our receipt of your returned products. When your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
We accept the return of any product for a full refund or credit of the original payment, excluding any shipping or delivery charges, within 7 days of your receipt of your order. The product must be unopened and in a saleable condition. Any shipping fees incurred by you are not refundable
If your receive your order in a damaged condition or in quantities less than those ordered, you must notify us of the damage or shortfall within 7 days of receipt and return the damaged goods to us if requested.
We will replace or refund the cost of damaged goods only. When there is a shortfall we will send products to make up the balance of the original order or refund the cost of the shortfall.
We will retain your contact details on file and may send you information and offers. If you do not wish to receive these please advise us. We do not sell or distribute our customers’ personal data to third parties.
